Nobody wants to have to go to an IVF Clinic, but for my clients who are getting Fertility Clinic assistance they often say that just taking that first step was the hardest part and that once you’re there, it gets better and once you have your baby in your arms, well, you don’t mind at all that you went the IVF Fertility Clinic route.
I have several clients who have attended previous open information meetings at Clane Fertility Clinic and at SIMS Fertility Clinic. The feedback that they give is very positive. Their comments ranged from the comforting feeling they got from seeing and meeting so many other normal people just like them who are trying to conceive and seeking assistance like IVF, IUI and even egg donation to feeling a lot less scared because they learned what is involved in undertaking a procedure such as IVF. People also felt more comfortable having met some of the fertility doctors and staff and just walking inside an IVF clinic helped some to overcome their anxiety about seeking assistance. They also said they felt no pressure to sign up and that the staff was very helpful.
There are upcoming open information meetings in February 2014 at Clane Fertility Clinic, SIMS and Beacon CARE Fertility Clinic:
Have you attended an IVF Clinic open information meeting? If you have any advice about these meetings that would help others in their fertility journey, please leave a comment.
