1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Aim to eat at the recommended 5 servings of vegetables and fruit per day.
3. Eliminate alcohol and caffeine.
4. Consume some good quality form of protein with all your meals.
5. Go organic-try to consume organics foods as much as possible to get more nutrients and to reduce exposure to environmental toxins such as pesticides.
6. Eat a good breakfast every morning and do not eat after 8:00pm.
7. Aim to eat a little something every few hours in order to keep your blood sugar levels balanced.
8. Make sure you are consuming some whole foods that are high in fibre.
9. Take a high quality multi-vitamin and mineral supplement as well as ensure that you have an adequate intake of Essential Fatty Acids (such as Omega 3’s).
10. Eat sitting down, take your time, chew your food and enjoy your food!
