Acupressure to induce labour is so simple to do, it only requires physical pressure to be applied to the acupressure points that will help induce labour.
Most of these labour inducing acupressure points can be reached by yourself. You may need a partner to access & massage some of these Acupressure points for you.
For the Acupressure points you can access yourself, you can massage them on yourself, but if you like, you can also have a partner perform the Acupressure Massage for you as well.
CAUTION: It is important to have your medical doctor give you the go ahead to use acupressure to induce labour naturally. Also, it is generally advisable to NOT try to induce labour before 38 weeks gestation.
I have converted by larger book “The Essential Acupressure Guide to Induce Labour” into a new condensed, smaller, easy to print out version, it is now a “Mini Guide to Acupressure to Induce Labour”. It lists the points, how to find them, when to find them & what to do.

A more progressed Active Labour could be indicated by:
Feeling increased pressure in your pelvis or rectal area (you may feel like you have to poo)
